Marketing and Sales Executives of Detroit (MSED) is an association of accomplished sales and marketing
professionals that recognize the powerful advantage of
building and nurturing relationships with their peers.
Originally established in 1988 as an affiliate of Sales and Marketing Executives International.
Re-established in 2002 as an independent organization under the new name of Marketing & Sales
Executives of Detroit (MSED) committed exclusively to the needs of marketing and sales professionals
in the metropolitan Detroit marketplace.

and/or administration.
As the business environment continues to evolve, criteria for membership is based upon responsibility
and reporting structure within a particular organization and not limited to traditional titles.

Leadership: |
Officers (President, Vice President and Treasurer) and Board members are elected by the membership;
Committee Chairs (Education, Programs, Marketing Communications and Membership) are appointed by the
Board of Directors. The Executive Director acts as Secretary.
