"Defining Moments in Leadership -
A Group Discussion"
Featuring Video Case Studies from the "Leaders on Leadership" Television Series
Larry L. Fobes
Learning from Leaders, LLC
As Monty Python would say...
"and now for something completely different!"
Larry Fobes will lead an interactive, informal and fun group discussion based on video clips from his Emmy Award winning television series, “Leaders on Leadership”. He created, co-produced and hosted that series with Detroit Public Television for its entire 8 seasons.
Each clip features a Chair/CEO/President discussing a defining moment in their leadership experience that will be familiar to everyone in the marketing and sales industry. As a group, we’ll explore, discuss, and share insights and experiences with the same situation. We’ll also compare/contrast with insights from the video clip. Leaders on video could include Shelly Lazarus (Ogilvy & Mather), Mel Karmazin (SIRIUS XM Radio) and many more.
This is a chance to step back from the detail and focus on the bigger picture of leadership in our industry.
