The seven-week course addresses statement-of-work, discovery and timeline development, as well as role definition to successfully formulate high-performing teams to deal with any and all production challenges.

“Dana already was amazing when she joined us in November of 2018, but she wanted to be sure we were as organized as possible, with hundreds of tasks - including various internal projects - in production at any one time, so she took the initiative to become certified,” says Farley.
Touching literally every job, Knight is a chief scheduler, nudging when a deadline is looming and a ringleader, orchestrating and cheering the SSDM teams each step of the way. “I love seeing projects and teams come together and really enjoy completing an especially complex job with a lot of moving parts. It’s fun putting it all together and making the magic happen.”
